Judging by the presentation, not much. At least the yolks are out. Whites don’t have as much flavour so it wouldn’t be truly vile (if you have a decent gag reflex).

Being European I never really went for that combination to start with but I'm guessing if you go low on bread or gluten or carbs or whatnot, this is a way to get the taste with... something underneath? Hm.
