I love to cook and I love to prep. I think today will be a hoot and I won't have to bake anything. Always a plus to my way of thinking.

My oldest nephew is a cook. In fact he made his living for awhile doing that, and he's very good (or was, when we were speaking). But he always told me he envied me for being able to bake bread and other things, because he wasn't a good baker. (Nephew made a marinara sauce for a contest where he worked and that's what they use now on their pasta.)

I can bake bread and I am pretty good at baking, but I don’t enjoy it the way I do cooking!

Well done for your nephew. I remember when they put my lamb stew on the menu at Student Chef.

It really is . It's much easier to cut yourself with a dull blade. thankfully, none of the knives required much work as I use the steel on them pretty much every day.

Thanks! Here's hoping! :DD
