Spacefem asked:
1. What was a skill you were proud to learn as a kid?
2. What's something you used to be good at, but can't do anymore?
3. What's something you haven't done in a long time, but you could pick it right back up again with some practice?
4. What can you teach others to do?
5. What would you like to learn next?
1 My carpentry and electrical skills. I had no idea they would end up being my career.
2. Gosh, so many things. Between back surgery and my arthritis, things got ticked off the list pretty fast. I miss running, being able to ride a horse, being able to make a fist or open jars without help. Sigh…
3. Hmm, probably painting. I haven’t done much of that in a long time.
4. Now? Not much. Cuddle cats. I’m pretty good at that and cooking. I can always reach someone how to cook. Anyone can, they just need to confidence and someone to help them along.
5. Hmm, hard to say. I try to learn something new every day. Usually it’s not anything huge or important anymore, but that’s okay, too.
