Just touching base
Wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing loads better today. I've graduated from my crutches to my cane (so much more familiar and comfortable). There is very little pain in my knee/leg, but I am still going to take it easy for the next couple of days.
TBG deserves a knighthood for all that he has done for me, plus I think he has a keener appreciation of all that I do around the house. He's been getting up early to feed cats, he did all the shopping yesterday and made all three meals. He brought the coffee maker upstairs so I wouldn't have to worry about maneuvering the stairs on my own.
And this morning, I found a lovely little vase with a red hibiscus and yellow rose in in. I took a photo with his camera, but can't transfer it. I will post it eventually, though, along with the next fish square that I finished up yesterday.
My thanks to everyone who posted well wishes - they really worked like a charm. :DD
