help! all you people who have cats and/or are familiar with pet food
okay so here's the deal (and hobie, you probably already know about this cuz you lived two doors over)
there are two cats who kinda wander around outside the apartment i'm subleasing. a week ago, i found out that they use to belong to someone who had an apartment here, but when they moved out, the cats were just left behind. (stupid douchebags. i'll get them good with my beating pole, which is 6ft long red oak, when it comes in and if i ever meet them) people in the building kinda take care of them. they kinda live on the staircase, which provides some shelter (it's covered). usually there's food left out by one of my neighbors and there's another bowl on the floor below (but usually no food or water).
so i've began leaving water out, cuz i noticed that they didn't really have any left out for them. i also want to help feed them, but last i heard, Purina is an evil, evil company. this is where you cool people with pets come in, especially you soon-to-be-vets or animal behaviorists. i need to know what brand/type of food it good for them, especially since they're on their own so much. i don't see them every time i walk in. i catch them in the morning sleeping. but today though, one of them was totally begging for food and following me up to the 3rd floor. they haven't even acknowledged me for more than 20 seconds until today. i got some treats but that's only good for a lil bit. so let me know what i should feed them cuz they're cute lil cats.
