i am SO fuckin shuffed man! i did today -
100m = 1st
300m = 3rd (but 1st in my B race bcuz they ran em 2getha)
4x100m relay = 1st
discus = dont give a fuck! lol.
couldnt believe it !!! tara came.. twas fun :) hehe. i love tom!! and craig (even thought he wasnt there hom hom)
