(no subject)
This week's driving test was a bit crap. I am still not great at clutch control and I had to try to merge with massive roundabouts (so have to be quick off the mark). My instructor got impatient of me waiting for a very clear moment, and said, GO!, so i tried to, obviously wasn't going to make it so slowed down to let the car in the roundabout get past me and the instructor freaked out. He yelled at me for a good minute, and I just had to sit there with cars zipping around us and honking, and just nod and agree that yes I did not go right when he told me to. We drove in silence for 10 mins before he would speak to me again. sigh. Remember that I have only been doing this for 6 hours, buddy. But he scheduled me in for another session so I guess he doesn't think I am out to destroy his car.
Nick is healing up slowly slowly but there is progress. The Final Years have finished their rotations so they put on a huge show for us, which just makes me scared of rotations if the residents and head vets are as horrible as portrayed. I do want to keep an open mind and find out for myself if they are horrible, but you can't but hear the rumours from other years. I think half of it is many of the students are LAZY and don't really want to be vets anymore.
I get to pick up my sister!!! she is flying in today and then we are seeing Spamalot. yippeeee! The trains will do their best to defeat us,but we will persevere!
