What a fucked up day...
Well where to start? Work was REAL fucked up today! The two flattop grill guys didnt show up, so we had another guy sub who had never done that, they put my on burger and sandwich detail, which I dont know. I dont have all those damn burgers memorized, so I had to just wing it. Darby(aka Mike aka Heavy) was running the grill(which I was suppose to do), but he said it was gonna be to hectic for me(ok yea). Well long story short he was stoned and fubar'd some orders, one was in excess of 50 minutes on the ticket time. When Meguell(however his named is spelled) asked for the steaks(because 50minutes is to damn long for a ticket time) Darby just snapped at him and walked off. Working the line there isnt nearly as bad as the trainers make it out to be, assuming that people just keep their shit together.
This week im stairing 50-52 hours of work right in the face, plus full time school. Something about this just isnt right! I know its gonna unload at me all at once, and im just gonna break soon. Man...fuck it! Im out!
