Microsoft Zune Has Sex Appeal?

Ok to start off I have learned this lesson as a design student to watch out for any imagery that is suggestive. I also know that there are many people that HATE Microsoft in this world including myself, but how could their design department miss this? Is it even possible??? The install screen for their new DAP called the Zune has a picture of a girl climaxing. How do you miss that?
