Running from 25 July to 2 August, the Green Balloon Club Week is a brilliant way for children aged 3 to 7 to engage with wildlife and try out some fantastic nature-related activities. The week is supported by CBeebies and produced in collaboration with a range of Breathing Places partners. So why not join in the fun and find an event near you.
We'll be giving away lots of free goodies, including our fantastic new Nature's Tales booklets. If you can't get to an event, you can download them from the Breathing Places website from the 25th July. After the fun, why not upload a photo or two onto our Breathing Places Flickr group and show us what you got up to.
Facebook
Breathing Places has a fantastic new Facebook page. Become a fan and invite all of your friends to join in too.

Breathing Places on TV
CBeebies have got a great range of nature-related programmes lined up this summer. The Green Balloon Club Holiday specials will be on every Friday for five weeks starting 31 July at 7.30 am. Look out for the team's amazing trip to the Isle of Arran in Scotland.
We are also taking over the CBeebies Bedtime Stories every day for a week from Monday 20th July at 6.50pm.
Chris Packham will be doing special readings of our brand new Breathing Places Nature's Tales booklets. The stories can also be downloaded from the Breathing Places website or picked up FREE at a Green Balloon Club Week event happening near you.
Do one thing - Give a bird a drink
At this time of year, when things really start to hot up, it's important that our feathered friends are able to get their beaks on some clean, fresh water.
Providing water can make a big difference, and it's really easy to do. From bird baths to simple water feeders, there is something for everyone - no matter what level your DIY skills are pitched at.
So, why not check out our website for more information and tips And remember, other wildlife will also benefit from having access to fresh water.
