No it's true, honest.

I just watched Joe's Palace on BBC 1 and and enjoyed it a lot, far more than  whateveritwascalled that I watched on BBC 2 last night. Having said that, they did onl only show parts 1 and 2 (out of 3 - how weird is that?) - so maybe that's something to do with it.

Phew...glad I didn't slag it it off then...

You do mean tonight's program and not last nights?..

And did you tape it just cos "Adam" from Spooks is in it?.. ;op

Yeah, I meant the new one that was on - Joe's Palace.

And as I don't watch Spooks, the whole Adam thing is irrelevant. I taped cos there was a load of other stuff on all at the same time! *lol*

Good.

I was telling CaterinaAnna the same thing - there was something on ITV, I think Ghost was on Five and I can't remember what was on Channel 4.

In fairness wasn't that the character that was originally played by Richard Harris until he died?

As you can tell I'm not exactly up to speed on my HP (I've not read any of the books and seen the first 4 films)>

Damnit! I meant to watch this and forgot all about it. I did record Shooting the Past though because I love it. Maybe they'll repeat it on BBC4 sometime. :o(

Chances are they will yes - that's why they have 4 channels..

I think the last bit of Shooting The Past is on next Saturday..

(I know they where having a bit of a Poliakoff Weekend by why show 2 out of 3 parts?...)

If you go to bbc.co.uk and search iplayer, you can request a Beta log in and download to watch on your PC.

Somebody in work mentioned they had seen this and asked if I'd seen it. I hadn't, but they thought I would enjoy it. Will look out for a repeat myself.

Sounds like a plan. If you have digital it may pop on BBC 3 or 4 at some point. I *think* I saw an ad/trailer for something else by Polliakoff but I can't remember what or when..
