Saving photos on a CD-RW.

I've got a couple of CD-RWs which already have some photos on them, but I want to add/delete some of those photos. Is this the way to do it?

1. Copy all the current photos onto a (for example) New Folder in my desktop.
2. Delete everything from the CD-RW.
3. Delete whichever photos I want to, from that folder.
4. Add whichever photos I want (from other folders) to the New Folder (on my desktop).
5. Save everything back onto the (now empty) CD-RW.
