Sporty bits and other articles.
Firstly, congratulations to my(?) boys St Helens on winning yesterdays Rugby League Grand Final at Old Trafford, beating Hull 26-4. I think the scoreline might be a tad unfair on Hull, as I don't think the gap should have been that much, though having said that we were much better and dominant and played better in the 2nd half than in the 1st.
I was honestly expecting another really tight game, like the first play-off game against them when they pushed us all the way and arguably either team could have won. A 1point result would not have surprised me yesterday.
I only found out yesterday that we'd only lost 4 league games all year, and they were apparently by 1, 2, 3, and 4 points respectively. Crikey.
Secondly, did anyone else see the MotoGP on Grandstand? Wow, you don't get races and/or results like that in F1. And the fact that the very gorgeous Suzi Perry presents it is also a bonus :-D
Er, I've forgotten what else I was going to post about - apart from Evanescence's The Open Door album being fab - so I'll be back later........ probably.
