How can you tell if the Oust "Odour Eliminator" actually eliminates odour when they've given it a fragrance??????????

Is it just me, or....?

Yep, I know what you mean.

I bought the plug in version of it when Gizmo arrived (he's living in the bedroom and stank as he wasn't neutered). I found that the perfumey smell just overlaid the cat pee smell. However, it doesn't specifically claim to counteract pet odours and it is a fairly nice perfume!

I don't know about claiming to counteract pet odours, but I think it does claim to neutralise odours, rather than just replace them with other smells......... which to me is exactly what it did ;os

I must be missing something.......... (don't say it..)
