ACT XXVI. More Nightmares
So I had another really freaky dream last night.
In this one, me and Peter and my mom were in the food court in the mall. For some reason, Peter is in all my dreams. Anyway, we were getting ready to leave and all of a sudden I see this big guy throw this big metal weight thing through Taco Bell. And he starts throwing them through all the restaurants in the food court. And then, there are other guys, each seems to have a different job. Some people are being killed but for some reason a guy takes me and Pete and my mom away. In the parking lot there are dudes with machine guns. They target only the people that are close to other people, and let the people who are walking alone go. One guy walks right past one of the machine gun guys and when he lets him go, he starts running. And then the machine gun guy yells after him "Only the safe realize the lonely!" Over and over. And then as he's running out of the parking lot, he sees this other guy who pulls a gun on him and says "Shave your head! Quit your job!" And he shoots the gun, and then everything goes to slow motion and they switch places, but the running guy doesn't let the guy with the gun get shot. He gets up and starts running again, and the guy goes "Hey, come back here for me, willya?" And he just looks at him and keeps running.
There was more...if I could remember all of it it would've made a hell of a movie.
And then I woke up, freaking out, thinking that it was some kind of premonition or something, and that I was going to go crazy obsessing about it. I thought I was going to wake up in the morning stuck on this conspiracy theory about how there are these guys in this secret society that want you to shave your head and quit your job. But I always wake up scared as fuck when I have nightmares.
I kinda don't want to go to the mall with my mom today though.
