so i've gained back every one of the 25 pounds i lost this summer.
something about having a wife who works 5 or 6 nights a week at a barbecue (actually "bar-b-q" on the sign) joint and eating there 3x or 4x a week.
i start trying again (per doctors orders) to get it off again. so, this weekend is the last hurrah for me and a babyback plate.
