a month and five days.
thats how long. and we're still counting. :-\
today debate was weird. it was like, not fun, and then really awesome. the morning kind of sucked, it was boring. and then lunch sucked because preston stole my phone and called all these people-jess, it was preston not travis, travis is innocent. but then preston left and the day improved. we got into this hardcore debate, and that was really awesome. i felt so opinionated and thoughtful. one of the first times this summer that i felt i used my brain.
and then what was really fun was like the last 45 minutes travis, rashid, keagan, jakob and i just talked about school. teachers, random stuff, sex ed, etc. haha. it was lots of fun.
and then today was barton springs! which is what i hoped would be an awesome getting together for all of us. but it was only 1/2 of the church club. but it was the old trio, the "three musketeers." how sad is it that was actually called ourselves that? haha. me sara and chris. so we caught up and just talked. which was lots of fun. we swam around, layed out on the towels, and ate french fries :-D. and i freaked out about the birds. but what else is new? haha.
i talked to dylan on the phone a little bit ago. i'm going to seriously miss her next year. telling her everything and us talking about it. and always going to her with guy advice, and us talking about guys and being so close. that's something i don't want to lose, it's so special to me. even though it sounds stupid saying that, it's the truth.
and now i'm just waiting for my nightly phone call from the awesomest guy ever, my "2nd best friend" haha [after lads and all of the girls of course!] john steves! yay!
