MSN sucks a little

can't say what I mean -- it's too impersonal...can't call on the phone, too personal....grrrrrrrr....
MSN keeps people in touch, but can't really express any true sentiment, because you can never really tell what the person is feeling/thinking....
sucks....bigtime
