Spring Break from school and work lasted until today, which is my birthday. I took a LOT of pictures during this time, so I decided to just combine some of them all into one big peekture post. I'm not sure what happened, but pretty much everyone has crazy red or gold eyes in these photos. Enjoy!

Wednesday night was, of course, drinks with my friends, Jeff, the sassy bartender who really looks like that because he never can be still, and a group of the typical sort of guy Amarillo has to offer me now that I am single. Oh boy, ZZZZZZZ.

Thursday afternoon, I got to catch up with Candithe over a quick dinner at 7 Bar and Grill. The food was CHEAP AND AMAZING! We were too busy gossiping for me to have taken any other pictures, though! Thursday night, my parents, my sister, and I joined the Es and some of their friends for excellent GALAXY bowling fun.

Saturday night was my birthday dinner with a few friends. After that, we headed out to a local bar throwing a St. Patrick's Day shindig with a pretty decent live band. So. Much. Fun.

Back in the 150s! Just barely, I should have weighed in BEFORE Spring Break! Argh! I've officially lost 8.8 lbs since my previous weigh-in entry back on February 20th!

Today I am 27, oy vey! There was a crawfish and shrimp boil at our local Country Barn. I normally refuse to eat at places with the word Country in the name, but I made an exception so I could nomnomnom on my little crustacean friends. My family took me out for dinner, though my stepdad and sister opted for less intense dishes. I asked the waiter if I could just try a crawfish to see if I wanted to commit to eating an entire pound of it. He gladly obliged, but I couldn't enjoy it! I just can't eat something that's looking at me! After that, we hit up the mall.

I had the BEST Spring Break ever this week and I'm not even upset about having to go back to work tomorrow.
