So when I got to work today, I took out my keycard and noticed there was an envelope taped to the keypad. This envelope said, "Claire Phelps, Desk in the back of the office, To the Left." Very HP style. And when I opened it I discovered I had been accepted into Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. I laughed when I read this and continued into the building, turning on all the lights, when I heard music. HP music. I laughed when I turned the corner and saw my desk. Hanging above my area was a nice banner telling me that it’s "A Special Day" all decorated with HP characters. Then I looked at my walls and they were covered in bricks with old fashioned pictures on the wall, all talking to me, saying Happy Birthday Claire. Then I noticed a feather quill on my computer, a brand new Firebolt and a copy of the latest edition of "The Quibbler." And hanging across the back of my chair was my very own Gryffindor scarf that Cia made. Heidi very nicely took a naked man and put Daniel Raddcliffe’s face on it. Which I promptly took down and replaced with a naked picture of the real Daniel Raddcliffe during "Equus." Then there were party decorations with all the characters on them as well. And there’s a HP poster with Harry producing his Stag Patronus. Yeah I know, we’re nerds. Deal with it. It was pretty much the greatest thing ever. Technically my birthday isn’t until Sunday, but I’m gone all next week. It was a fantastic surprise. Cia pretty much rocks my face off. I know you’re all super excited to see the pictures.

The quality of pics is kinda bad. I had to take them with my camera phone then upload them to my gmail, then to photobucket, then to here. I’m just impressed I accomplished that much.
