e) all of the above
If you answered e) all of the above, congratulations you are correct!
I said I'd try and not do another boring review of my day today, so instead I'll do that "25 random facts about yourself" meme that was going around a while ago that I never got around to doing (talk about showing up late to the party, huh?)
1. When I was little (like 2, 3) I used to do this weird thing where I would bring my hands up to face, scrunch up my eyes and shake my hands back and forth. My mom says it looked like I was trying to cast a spell or something. I don't know what it was. The embarrassing thing is that I still catch myself doing it occasionally when I'm by myself and concentrating on something.
2. I get incredibly irritable when I'm hungry. I will ponce on the smallest things, and act like a total bitch. It's pretty awful actually.
3. There are very few movies that I don't like. I can obviously tell the difference between great films, mediocre films and crap, but I will still watch pretty much anything.
4. Today I decided that "apoplectic" is one of the most fun words to say. Go on, try. See what I mean?
5. There's video of me dancing to David Bowie when I was 2. I haven't changed much since then.
6. My weirdest dream ever involved mushrooms growing out of the top of my head. I have no idea what that means.
7. I have become pretty addicted to YouTube in the past year and a half. I have 112 subscriptions, and I watch every video they put up. I haven't ever posted a video myself, and I only very rarely comment on videos, but I love the YouTube community.
8. I've had pierced ears since I was 8, but I only rarely begun regularly wearing earrings.
9. My favourite TV shows include The Simpsons, Spaced, Gilmore Girls, Family Guy, Scrubs, Arrested Development and of course Lost!
10. Outside of Canada, I've been to the States (only Florida), Jamaica, France, Monaco and Italy. There are so many more places I want to see!
11. Family is the most important thing to me.
12. I'm majoring in Psychology and Human Biology, with a minor in Anthropology. I have one year left of my undergrad, and then I'm probably going to go to grad school for Psych, but the whole idea of figuring out my future makes me sick to my stomach with anxiety.
13. Though I'm totally unoriginal for saying this, The Beatles are my all-time favourite band. I took a class on them last semester, which was one of the coolest experiences I've had at university.
14. I started cooking and baking last year, and it's become one of my favourite hobbies. I think I'm pretty good at it too.
15. According to the
BFI measure of personality, I am in the bottom 1st percentile for Extraversion. In other words, I am very very shy.
16. I am one of the pickiest eaters ever, but I love sushi of all things.
17. I have always been, and will always be, a mac-fangirl.
18. I was born and raised in Toronto, and I love it here. I would get so bored living in a small town.
19. My little sister is 4 years younger than me, and she pisses me off a lot of the time, but I love her dearly, and she's pretty much the only person who is a weird and random as I am. We're definitely on the same wave-length. I missed her like crazy when she was on her March Break trip in Europe last month.
20. I can't ride a bike. Or whistle. Or snap my fingers. I've tried numerous times to learn do to all of these things, but I never could.
21. When I was little, I took swimming, piano, ballet, gymnastics and ice-skating, and I quit them all. I really wish I had stuck with at least one, and had some actual talent now.
22. My iTunes contains music from the 1920s to last week. I have... eclectic taste.
23. To further the last point, the last 3 songs I listened to were by
Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers (Why Do Fools Fall in Love),
The Cure (Just Like Heaven) and
Joni Mitchell (California).
24. I was reminded of The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time yesterday, and I really want to play it again! Unfortunately, we gave the N-64 and all the games for it to my little cousin a few years ago. *sigh* I miss video games...
25. It took me 2 hours to write that... I kept leaving it, doing other things.
