I'm currently in central IN. And having a blast!! Well, not so much CURRENTLY, as I'm bored and sitting around waiting for Trav to wake up and come downstairs (which will be a while, considering he had to have been up until at least 5am blowing me off to go sit upstairs online for hours while I had nothing to do (so much for visiting him)). But otherwise I've BEEN having a blast! On Sunday, I drove down and stopped at Goodwill on the way, because I was running early. Ended up finding a REALLY cool vase. It's really tall and skinny and a gorgeous color of green. I ALSO found a sweet vinyl record from the '70s from Trav's high school, so I got it for him. I'm such a good friend.

Then I went to Panera and sat in the parking lot, waiting for the others to arrive. Talked to Angie on the phone a bit as she made her way across town and played this pong-esque game on my iPod. Then Sheryl showed up, so I snuck up on her and banged on the window. haha good times.

Angie showed up after a bit, and then Gregor came. We had good food, and some good times, although I was feeling yucky so I was kind of out of it. Then Shawn showed up!!! Yay Shawn! So that was pretty exciting. Then we all went to the movies (all but Angie... Shawn even decided to come along! Yay again!) and saw Semi-Pro.

So! Funny!! I didn't know what to expect from it, because of the R rating, but it really had hilarious moments. It was more crude as far as language/innuendoes are concerned, and it had a pretty graphic sex scene, but aside from those completely UNNECESSARY things, the movie was HYSTERICAL. My favorite moment: the players dressed up in costumes, practicing for their halftime show performance. Awesome. I lost it. It would've been one of my mega-laugh moments, but since I was sick I was mostly just trying to battle coughing at the time. So I didn't get to let it all out. It was there, though. :)

And Shawn and I busted a move to the groovy sounds of the '70s. Can't beat that.

The sound screwed up during the movie, and a lot of people (including Gregor) went to tell them about it. They tried to fix it, but ended up pausing the movie, coming in to explain what was happening, and... GIVING OUT FREE MOVIE PASSES. Sweet action!! So I have a free movie pass that's good until 2011. Pretty exciting, especially since I really didn't notice the sound issues after a while.

The movie ended, we sat through the credits (busting some more moves (well, Shawn and I did), and then we parted ways with hugs. Best way to part ways, I must say. Wow, lots of rhyming there.

I drove to Trav's grandparents', where I currently am, and we watched his new YouTube videos:

Among other YouTube videos. And then hit the sack.

Yesterday, we woke up around noonish and ate some free food (w00t). We spent the afternoon making another YouTube video:

Which WE think is pretty hilarious, and we know we aren't the only ones. (We showed it to Anna last night and she busted a gut laughing. Yay for Anna!)

After we finally pried ourselves away from ourselves, we got around and drove to Anderson, where we hung out at Kyle/Anna's house, drinking Mountain Dew, eating Chinese food, watching Kung Pow and Hot Rod, and laughing until our bodies ached. Anna's face hurt from smiling, and my entire body hurt. I guess the combination of not laughing this hard in MONTHS and being sick really screwed up the laughing process. I seriously was scared for my health. My head ached, my stomach ached, and my heart kept POUNDING in a panic attack-like way. Scary. I couldn't stop laughing, though, so I just kept making it worse.

Note: This isn't a complaint, just a commentary. It was totally worth it. I miss laughing so much... and I'm glad that I've gotten to laugh so much in the past couple days. :) Thanks to Anna, Kyle, Trav, Gregor, Sheryl, Shawn, Angie, ANDY SAMBERG, WILL FERRELL, and STEVE OEDEKERK for giving me the opportunity! hehe

After we finally decided to stop watching Hot Rod bonus features (that's a hard thing to do), Anna and I hugged and we left to go back to Trav's grandparents'. Then we stayed up a bit watching our video over and over (I didn't choose to, I just sat there because that's what Trav was doing) and then he said he was "going to bed" and taking the computer with him. He said he needed some "alone chatting time". Whatever. So he left and I was left to sit here and do nothing, so instead of staring at the wall, I went to bed.

Then I woke up, and went upstairs and stole the computer, and now here I am.

I think we'll make another video today, if he ever gets out of bed. Otherwise... I have no idea what's happening. Gregor and I talked about watching DDG, but I don't think that's gonna happen. But that's OK. I'll find something to do. And if not, I've already had a great time this "weekend," so it doesn't matter, right? The trip's already been worth it.

Have a good day, all!
