One night only, one night only...
Today was pretty good.
Had class from 9-12, then went w/ Mack and got our senior portraits taken (bleh, but I think my hair looked really good today so that was a plus), then had lunch in the haven. After that I came back to my room and just hung out, watching comedy stuff on youtube and cleaning my room. Then my parents came around 6-ish, and they took me to Texas Roadhouse for dinner and then we went to the movie theater to see what was playing and the only thing I really wanted to see was Dreamgirls, and it was starting at 7, and we got there at 7:05. So we hurried around and decided we could probably miss the first 10 mins or whatever. So we got in there and it was still on the previews. HECK YES. So we got to see Dreamgirls. (Well, Mom and I did. Dad wanted to see Night at the Museum, which we had already seen, so he went to do that on his own.)
SO. GOOD.
The movie part is alright. Decent enough. I loved the choreography and costumes, stuff like that. But the best part was the music. IT'S INCREDIBLE. Motown to disco... all sorts of stuff.
After the movie, we went to Wal-Mart so I could buy socks and I ended up also getting the Dreamgirls soundtrack. Which I am now listening to. And it's amazing.
So Mom brought my camera cord, as she said she would, so I uploaded all of my pics to facebook and I'm pretty happy about them. They're some quality stuff. Check 'em out if you're so able.
I'm starting to get tired. Well, since it IS 3am, that's kinda normal.
I should hit the sack.
