I was tongue-tied... drawn by my conclusions...

Well soon I'll be finding out about Anna's situation. Thanks to anybody who prayed for it. I got a response to the e-mail I sent to the guy, but he of course isn't able to tell me anything. Parts sounded positive, parts sounded negative. So I'm not sure what to think. I'm just hoping right now. She should be finding out tonight, is what he said.

So before the potential bad or good news arrives, I want to write an entry about my day before I forget about everything that happened and my entire brain is full of just Anna's news.

I got shipped off to screen assembly today. It was ok, I had to stand up all day though. I actually used the v-strips that I usually do and put them on screens. So I got to see what they're used for. Crazy stuff, eh? I got to work near Tina, who got moved to screen assembly a couple weeks ago, and the dude from the Supertones concert came to help for a while too. I was also on breaks w/ both of them, but I only sat w/ Tina. I mentioned seeing the dude at the Tones concert, and I was surprised to find out that Tina knows who the Supertones are. He knew they're a Christian ska band. Then he tried to guess who my favorite band is, and went through MxPx, Hangnail, the Newsboys (I laughed really hard at that), Five Iron Frenzy, and Ghoti Hook. He said he mostly knows Tooth N Nail bands. I asked if he knows of any Gotee records bands, and he was like "Gotee what?" So I took that as a no and tried to explain who Tobymac was and how he started Gotee records, but he didn't know who Tobymac is either. He thought I was saying dc Talk is my favorite band. It was amusing. So I told him Relient K and he said he saw them in town like 4 years ago. I assume that was back when they went on tour w/ the Supertones and Switchfoot, which would've rocked. But I hardly knew who they were then. But it was nice to know that he knows at least a bit of Christian music, meaning he's at least semi-cooler than I thought. It was tough working back there... and now I'm home. I watched College Jeopardy when I got home, and there was a HIGHLY attractive young man from Purdue on there... yeah. Hot. But he lost. I say he was cheated, cause he said the other word for turtle instead of turtle, and left a letter out of a guy's name. It was crap. He looked sad. I'll go give him a hug!!

Um so... today was good overall. I made the best of being shipped off by hanging w/ my boyz. Word. I'm gonna go watch That 70's Show now. I'm missing the start of it. TOODLES.
