I spent most of today hanging out around town w/ my mom and my grandma. We went to Texas Roadhouse for lunch (where we all went to the bathroom and some guy cleared our drinks and stuff, thinking we were gone... haha) and then did some Wal-Mart shopping, where I got TONS of stuff (some CD's, cheap DVD's, snack food, picked up some pictures, etc.) and then went and got a car charger for my cell phone (so I won't have any repeats of last Friday). Then we went to see Glory Road, which, by the way, is an AMAZING movie. Not as good as Remember the Titans, the best movie those people have put out, but it was really really really good. I just say that because Remember the Titans is my favorite movie EVER, and therefore it's hard to beat. Very good, though. Very very good. Go see it. I fully recommend it.
After the movie, we went to Pier 1 so I could look around (didn't buy anything, of course) and then went and got some Subway food for me before they brought me back here. It was a good day, I must say. Oh, and they gave me money. So yeah, anybody wanna go to Steak N Shake? Or a movie?
Mom brought my old prom dress from junior year, and my amazing shoes to go with it. I'm not going to formal, but if any of you out there wanna get dressed up w/ me and go take pictures somewhere, and maybe go out to eat somewhere in Indy... let me know... cause that's the reason I had her bring them. Good times would be had, of this I am sure. (Boy Meets World reference, for those die-hard fans)
Oh, I got some Febreze when we were at Wal-Mart, just on a whim. When I got back, I sprayed Max down, and the curtains, and my white boyfriend pillow. Guess what? My room smelled AMAZING, and still smells better than before. I can't wait to cuddle up w/ the boyfriend pillow to watch a movie... it'll be fabulous.
Alright... I have a feeling I'm gonna be bored for the next 2 hours until SNL comes on. Whatever shall I do??? Maybe watch a movie...? Yeah. That sounds good. Pretty In Pink, it is. (Just bought that one for $5 today)
