Limited Vocabulary
It seems that the only sentences I can make for the exercise in the book all have to do with books. Yup, Chinese sucks. They're all like--
"Wo men qu shang dian huo zhe qu SHU dian?"
"Zhe ben SHU hen you yi shi."
"Fang Fang mai de SHU geng wo yi yang de."
And for those of you who haven't got a clue what the heck I'm saying:
"Should we go to the market or the BOOK store?"
"This BOOK is very interesting."
"The book Fang Fang [strangly enough, practically the only character the authors could think of to use as an example] bought is the same as mine."
Maybe it's just because I haven't really learned anything since... 1st grade?
I have a strange dislike for Lisa Frank. It's too... colorful and ugly. Like... ugly animals with huge bubbly eyes... that are rainbow colored. Personally, Paul Frank is sooo much better, though I don't really like either. Hey, maybe they're a couple. I mean, same last name--same kinda business, yeah? Haha.
