Can't my life start gettin better? We lost the last place we looked at cause of our "credit(aka b.s.)" and cause we took to long. Right away we found a townhouse w/ an unbelievable good price. Yet the down payment is $3000 if we dont have a co-signer, $500 with. We have to start gettin everythin done and figured out soon. I'm tryin to save us money, and save this place, but nobody coooperates. You woulda thought we'd all learn from the last time that we CANT risk puttin it off, or "discuss it later." Kim and her bro are at Six Flags, not returning my calls or texts, so right off the bat we know we need to save $3000 by Wednesday. No one in my family will co-sign, and I need a co-signer by 5 p.m. today.
