Got this site from Jonathan - guess what he got? Sex Bomb. Why am I not surprised. Just like he said, these quizzes always make you feel good. However I think results from quizzes are always too general, just like horoscopes, manipulating words to make you feel that whatever they say is "quite true" - not completely accurate, but close enough. It's even easier with quizzes because you can inference from the answers, so I suppose it's just a matter of reasoning and logic.
Anyway, I'm feeling motivated to start training for my IPPT, after Jon told me about his own training programme that he's doing now in preparation for a biathlon. He's running 10km and swimming 3-4km on alternate days, with decent timing. 22 minutes for a 5km run, 30 minutes for a 1.5km swim. Back in the heydays of my swim training and regular runs at 46 SAR, I did 1.5km (swim) in 27 minutes, and around 22 minutes for the 5km run. Of course by now, my physical fitness has deteriorated considerably.. :) May Abba bless this endeavour..
I'm gonna turn in soon, been waking up at 6.30 am for the past four days and getting four to five hours of sleep for each night and been working full shifts for a couple of those days. Right now I am completely beat, and a good night's rest is in order. I am gonna love sleeping in late tomorrow morning!
