My insurance company just called and left a message saying I was found at fault for that woman rear-ending me on July 11. No one asked me about the witnesses I had. I described the accident to a Berkeley Police officer and he said the other woman was clearly at fault. I am off-the-charts pissed off right now. I don't care that I have insurance

Is there any way you can appeal this? You didn't happen to get the cop's statement recorded, did you?

The insurance co. is supposed to send me an explanation of their determination and there's supposed to be directions for appealing in there. I'll do it as much as I'm able to do without going over my tolerance for stress and bullshit.
