Un.Fucking.Believable
My insurance company just called and left a message saying I was found at fault for that woman rear-ending me on July 11. No one asked me about the witnesses I had. I described the accident to a Berkeley Police officer and he said the other woman was clearly at fault. I am off-the-charts pissed off right now. I don't care that I have insurance and that I don't personally have to pay. It's the principle of the matter. I looked. I saw the break in traffic. I backed up looking behind me rather than relying on the rear view mirror. I turned my head forward again as I put the car in forward and THEN I was rammed by this woman who saw me but didn't want to stop. GRRRRR!
