Christmas was wonderful, as usual. I got some amazing presents.... including a wool sweater, some wool socks, a new Sylvia Plath book, the Bob Dylan Bootleg Series, 1-3 and also the live bootleg 2 disc set from 1966, and some imported zeppelin. I got some incense, some comfy pj's and both Christmas Vacation and What About Bob. My mom loved the dream catcher I got her and my brother liked the record I got him.
My brother got tons of records and we can't stop listening to his new record player. I think everyone should try to own a record player, bc they are amazing.
Francestown has been exciting, we've already had the whole fire department at my house for some minor stove smoking issues. After begging them to not come, a fire truck and about 10 men pulled into our driveway, including my childhood love of course,Bruce, who climbed my roof in the pouring rain. They will come for anything, really, they have nothing better to do. But I'm glad they got to put their fire gear on. We gave them cookies and they stayed for awhile. It was good to see Bruce, and he made me promise to call. Hopefully I can get up the balls to.
