Today is geek day
Every day is geek day, really, but today especially because this is the day of my weekly pilgrimage to the comic book store. oh happy day ... there's new Spidey today I believe, so that will be excellent. :D Also, The O.C. is on tonight, which is always an occasion for geekage. I woke up at 3 in the morning and in my thoughts of "where am I? what day is it?" I remembered that it was Thursday, and tonight would be Christmukkah. Sad but true.
I did go meet the Torontonians last night as I said I would, and it was actually pretty fun. I didn't go to the show, and BeaverTails was closed, which sucked, but we went to Sugar Mountain and looked at candy and I bought *geek moment* a deck of Spider-Man 2 playing cards. :D That was good, but I did freeze my ass because it was bloody cold and my longjohns, which I had to search my room for, have holes in them. (Notice my ironic post icon.)
Would it be wrong of me to send a closed form for the Mickey Blue Eyes FL which I just got approved for? I feel really bad about it, but I have a lot going on at the moment and I can just tell I'm not going to do a good job with it. And with the possibility of <3 Ryan <3 being removed ... weasleytook, if you're reading this, would it make you hate me if I did that? Please say no.
Maybe all of us who can't customize our journals could get together and take lessons from someone who knows how.
