12:35 in the Morning
So I have a paper due at 9:30, in like 9 hours. It is only 750 words so I'm not as focused on it as I should be. Oy, procrastination...such a bad idea. What I really would like right now is orange juice or an apple, I don't know why.
Also I get to get a pumpkin soon, hopefully on the 15th. :-D Andrew and I are going to go to Graves Mountain or Carter Mountain to get apples and pumpkins together. I like the fall and I love pumpkins. Means that Halloween is coming up, which means Ghosts of the Past meeting, Wash GotP party, Wash/Jeff Field Day and then a Home football game against NC State (all at the end of October in the same week). This month is going to be a busy one for me. Fall break is this weekend, Andrew is watching my kitty for me. Then the Maryland game and pumpkin fetching. Ring ceremony comes next, with Parents' Weekend. Then...Halloween week. :-D Weee...
I met Andrew's family this weekend. His family is really nice and quirky, but in a good way. His sister is 12.5 and is in middle school (that seems like such a long time ago). His mom is really tiny and very sweet, she collects rare Barbies and then sells them for tons of money on eBay. His dad is very much like him, quiet and collected whenever he speaks. They have very similar facial features too. An amusing observation, Andrew's New York accent came out in force when he was talking with his family but when he spoke to the waitress to order, it dropped away. Just an interesting note.
