Dyeing for myself
I have tried a little experiment in dyeing. I took two skeins of wool and divided them into four balls of yarn and then dyed them to see which combination I liked for working with. The theme was Ravenclaw House colors movie vs. book.(Silver+Blue vs Bronze+blue) That was two of the balls, the other two I did the same substituting purple for the blue. The Purple balls came out a little too weird to try again and the Bronze and blue turned in to more a teal and bronze, not what I was looking for.In the end I have decided to go with the Silver and blue combo. Now I just need to replicate the results in a larger quantity.
