Groups are great. You can find support from people who know what it's like and don't just give you "good" advice. Or judgment or their own restricted "why do you do this to yourself" view.
Yeah, I did a group once, years and years ago, for women with depression. We were all so close and one woman I still see from time to time. Always, we ask how the other is doing after all these years. So I think that if I find a good group, it may benefit me.
