Turkey is gone

So, I went home to see my family for Thanksgiving. This was relaxing and delicious. Brother and sister-in-law had game night with some of their freinds and I have absolutely nothing in common with these people other than we all breath air. Wow. But it was fun nonetheless.
Here's the excitemt:
Got back Saturday afternoon as I planned to attend the reunion show of the Flyin' Saucers at Skully's. Awsome show. The band played for over two hours and everyone was having a great time.
Then we went to get the car. My car.
The lot had been towed! The lot where people always park as it is understood that we are allowed to park there at night....yeah, that lot where I have parked for years and was packed with cars that night. That lot was towed.
Bad enough, right? Gets worse. No one can reach the tow company. We find a friend who has a Range Rover and some room for all four of us and his others in tow. We hit the freeway. Some crazy wack-job in front of us hits the wall, sparks flying and up on two wheels. Then he gets back on the freeway...somewhere behind us.
We try to exit and escape further drama....no luck.
To make a long story a little shorter.....the freeway is blocked off as some other wack-job is trying to jump off one of the bridges....police everywhere.
Finally, we get home. Send off the people I had driven down to the bar promising that there was nothing that they could do.
I argue with the lying sack of shit at the towing compny until I fell asleep at 5:30 a.m. Got up at 8:30 and started arguing with the lying sack of shit again. You wouldn't believe what I went through to get this car back. It was 2:00 Sunday afternoon before I was back in my little green demon.
Went to my godson's birthday party. Took a a nap. Then we had been invoted to dinner with friends, but must have been told as wrong time as we got there and there was no food.
So we ate Subway for dinner.
Too much excitement.
