To explain my recent absence.
Auditions for A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare will be held Monday, May 26th, from 7:00 to 10:00pm. Call the Mishima Theatre Company at 656-1000 to set up an appointment, and come prepared with a one-minute classical monologue.
If you qualify for a callback, the stage manager will contact you and you will be expected to show up in the MTC green room on Tuesday, May 27th, at precisely 7:00pm. Sides from the play will be made available all day so that you may familiarize yourself with them.
You will be informed of your role no later than 24 hours after callbacks. The first read-through will then take place on Thursday, May 29th. A more detailed schedule, along with stipend information, will be made available for those interested.
We are also still accepting applications for various crew members, including a Technical Director. Contact me if interested.
