It's taking longer than I imagined it would to settle into my life here. I don't know if its that I haven't made any particularly good friends yet or that school hasn't really started yet of it I'm just not setting up roots because my housing is temporary. Probably a combination of all three.
I just have to say that North Dakota is an odd little place. One little tidbit, everyone writes checks here, people in the grocery store, even out at restaurants. I only use checks to pay the rent but apparently its the thing here.
