Perseph12   taged me with this meme awhile back but I'm just now getting around to it.

What five things do you enjoy doing to help lower your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1)Rock out- I put on my headphones turn the volume of my music way up and shut out the rest of the world. At MHC this was usually acompanied by a run around the lake.

2)Do something nice for someone else- When I am really stressing I try to chanel my energy into something more productive this way it gets my mind off what is bothering me and cheers someone else up at the same time.

3) Read a good book-  I love to get lost in a good book and forget what's going on around me.

4) Treat myself- Sometimes its taking myself out for dinner or going shopping when I'm really stressed its all about distractions.

5) Take a bubble bath- Nuff said.
