south carolina....OH BOY.
I've been in South Carolina for 3 days!! Gahhh. So much to update. Let's start with the road trip! Don't get too excited. All those typical road trips being fun and all that crap is a bunch of bull. This was the road trip from HELL. Here are 10 things I learned (in no specific order):
1.New Jersey is the longest fvkin' state...ever.
2.Pet waste transmits disease.
3.Dumfries + Manassas = Dumassas XD.
4.There is absolutely nothin' in the south except "historical landmarks"...and fried chicken&other fast food.
5.There is a number to call for "agressive drivers".
6.The speed limit in North Carolina is 70 mph. =O
7.North Carolina is New Jersey's twin.
8.Getting to Richmond is the most annoying thing ever.
9.Don't believe the signs, they lie...The miles change. I swear I'm not going blind, damnit!
10.South of the Border does NOT mean Mexico.
Alright! So that was the road trip! We left NY at 5:00 pm on Wed. the 11th and arrived in SC at 4:00 am on Thurs.! Yay!! Next time we go on a trip, I AM NOT READING THE DIRECTIONS!!! >=( So, South Carolina is no New York, dude. Wanna learn some more new things? Here we go!
1.There are absolutely NO animals here!!! Where the hell are the coons?&thebirds?&thesquirrels?!
2.Everything is cheeeeaaaaap in the South!
3.Everything is either deep fried, super sized, or served with fried chicken.
4.Walmart is their way of life.
5.There is a church at the end of every street corner.
6.The pick-up truck is equivalent to a belly button...everyone has one.
7.The southern accent is equivalent to an ass...it gets annoying. =(
8.Aerosmi Tote (pronounced Air-ro Smee Toe-tay)
9.Piggly Wiggly should NOT be the name of a general store.
10.Yesterday was Cow Appreciation Day.
11.Starbucks in SC is equivalent to a public library...there's no one in there except the employees.
12.Book stores are nonexistent here.
13.The only thing you can do in SC is eat, sleep, &buy stuff...preferably FOOD.
14.There is a rockclimbing wall.
15.All the "cool kids" chill in Walmart, screaming "PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNISSSSSS"
16.Country music is the wayy to go....=(
17.Steak is HUGE &so nice and tender.
18.You're either madd skinny or...DAYUMMMMMMMMMM.
19.There is a gas station at the other end of every street corner.
20.Uno's cards do NOT exist here. ='(
So, that's what I've learned so far in 3 days. South Carolina is a nice place....PFT. Like...there's GRASS, and TREES, and ROADS. ^.^ No cows, so no cow tipping! *sigh* Anyway, I keep getting disconnected because I'm "borrowing" some wireless internet from a neighbor. They're so generous here. xD My parents want to move down here...-.-" I think I'll pass &stay in New York. ^.^ Tomorrow we'll probably go to Myrtle Beach. We'll see how that turns out, since it looks like it's supposed to rain ='(. It's been HOTTsz since I've been here. I'll see if I can update later. Toddles!
