This just in
Welp, road's flooded. Luckily, it's looking like they opened up the old, disused logging road that runs akimbo to us so we have an out. And it's not raining anymore.
But it's still probably a good 7' or so at the bottom of the hill. Highest I've ever seen it. I'm glad I live up a hill right now~
Hopefully it'll be back down by tomorrow. Elsewise, if it starts up raining again I might be a wee bit stuck.

And look, we even made the news! Practically singled us out. Though, really, I didn't hear no evacuations called. If they did it must have only been for the houses down closest to the river. Yay for being on the hill! Here's to hoping I can get to work tomorrow~
