'I don't like your computers there's too much security! I can access my [insert site] account from my phone just fine, but when I do it here it tells me I'm accessing my account from an unrecognized device and makes me answer a bunch of security questions!'
'Well, actually, by using our computers you are accessing your account from an unrecognized device. So, your [I-don't-care-enough-to-remember site] account is doing exactly what it's supposed to do to protect it from being accessed by someone other than you.'
'But, I don't remember the name of my Ex-Wife's favorite aunt!!'
'...I'll let the Techs know about your concern.'
As much as I enjoy that magic moment where you've saved someone's day by showing them how to print off their 10 page report that's due tomorrow, sometimes I wish we had a line - 'You must be this intelligent to use the Public PCs: asking staff to help you do something illegal means you automatically fail'
