Is it that time of year already?
The mods have spoken.
It seems Yuletide will be limiting us to three fandom nominations this year. I have two reactions to this:
1) EEeeee!!! Yuletide!~!1!
2) Er, that's actually a fairly good idea all things considered.
By the time nominations hit, I have a tendency to go into it knowing what I want anyway. Previously, the extra noms were just tossed out in general directions I'd like to encourage more fandom in. Which, in general means the poor wranglers are dealing with all these fandoms that never get touched just cause people wanna name drop.
So. Less fandoms. Easier time for the mods and wranglers. I can totally support that. Especially after the monster list that we had last year.
The problem?
I. Don't. Know. What. I. Want. Yet.
Ack! What to do? What to do?!
Well, obviously I'm going to nom Heart no Kuni no Alice again this year. Probably with the exact specifications of last year's request. Yes, it has a good deal of bad!fic fandom. And, it's one of the ones that some other fangirl will think to nominate. But, I'd hate for it to slip through the cracks just cause everyone is thinking some one else will nom it... so no one does.
But, what do I really, really, really want there to be more fic for?

And, consider the fact that when I say more I mean English fic that isn't mine for the first two. Sta☆Ska does have some fic for it. Sparingly. But, there's just so many characters... it's not nearly enough fic to go around.
Geh... Maybe I'll see if I can't hang back in nominating a bit in hopes Kuni goes up without my help.
