Can you feel the tension?
Winding so tightly
Pulled from both directions
How can I be at both ends?
I pull at both points
And somewere in the middle
Is where the influence takes over
If one strives to express true emotion
If one looks deep inside them selves
And where they want depth and expression
You find an empty room
With no windows
And a locked door
You have a key
But its broken
And won’t fit
All you can do is sit
Stare at your broken key
And cry
I cry
