Spaz-tastic!
Yes the only thing that could bring me back is something for me to spaz about. So the only thing is post is is just me spazzing out. And what will I be spazzing out about? Well that would be YG and all their awesomeness. XD So if you don't want to read this then just Go Away. Oh and I'm gonna try not have it MV heavy so some of the MV will have links for them.
Let's see where to start...remember a few months ago when I mentioned that it was gonna be YG's year? Well in my opinion it is. YG's powerhouse of a vocalist Gummy made her comeback (after I think 2 years of hiatus) with her 1st mini album Loveless at the end of April. She released 2 MV for the album. There Is No Love (click for MV) and the title track As A Man (click for MV). This is a great album. Her voice gives me goosebumps. I've already started writing an IchiHime fic based off the As A Man MV.
Around the last week or two of June YG sprung a teaser for T.O.P's Turn It Up MV, which was a complete surprise. This MV was originally shown at Big Bang's Big Show 2010 concert in January. But there were no announcements from YG regarding the possible release of this song and MV. But 5 months later YG released both the digital single and MV. A pleasant surprise. (You know you want to click this to see the one and only T.O.P.) Tabi looks oh so sexy in this MV even though he is a bit thinner now but that don't matter. It fucking T.O.P! Although I do wished he had promoted this song. But I guess we have to wait for Big Show 2011 to see him preform the song.
About a week after Turn It Up was released fellow Big Bang member TaeYang made his comeback with his 1st full length album Solar. It had been 2 years since his release of his mini album Hot. So YG decided to release 2 versions of Solar. A deluxe limited edition that only had 30,000 copies and the normal edition. TaeYang also released 2 versions of his I Need A Girl MV. For his title track he enlisted the help of his Big Bang leader and best friend G-Dragon and he also had 2ne1's Dara as his female lead in the MVs. At first it was intended to only have one version of the MV (original version) but YG decided he wanted a dance version of it. So week later the dance version was released which also included Your My in the beginning. Along with all the other VIPs and Blackjacks, I wanted Dara to perform this song with TaeYang on one of the music shows but unfortunately it didn't happen. Hopefully we get to see it at the concert. To make Solar more memorable YG decided to have an international release in August which would include 4 new songs 3 of which are in English plus a DVD with all of his MVs. The album's new title track would be I'll Be There which would also have an English version plus an English version of Wedding Dress and a new song Connections which is also in English. The MV for I'll Be There was released in both languages. (Korean/English) It was also announced on time.com, had an article on TaeYang that also mentioned 2ne1, at his Solar concert might be streamed on Youtube. (click for article) If this is true then you have no idea how many VIPs would go crazy. I know my ass would watch it live. Doesn't matter what time of day or night, I'm not missing it. By the way, both version of this album is great. And yes, I bought both versions. One being the deluxe limited edition.

YG's Sexy Beast Se7en made his comeback after 3 years away from Korea. He spending time here in the States trying to make his debut here. Unfortunately, he was only about to release one single here but I do hope he tries to make it here again. So Se7en made is comeback with his 1st mini album Digital Bounce. I was looking forward to a full length album but a mini is totally fine with me. And what a great mini it is! Unlike his previous albums which were more R&B this one is more of a dance album. Se7en released 2 versions of his MV for his title track Better Together. (Original and Dance) Both versions are absolutely drool worthy. It's ashame he's taken. And he's a year older than me... As much as I love Better Together I wished he released a MV for Digital Bounce. That has to be my favorite song on the album. But fortunately he is performing the song now although without T.O.P who is also on the track but they did perform it together for Se7en's comeback stages. (Digital Bounce Performance) This mini album also includes an English song Money Can't Buy Me Love that was suppose to be in his English Album.
August was another busy month of TaeYang not only did he have the international release of Solar but Big Bang released their 5th Japanese single Beautiful Hangover.
I swear I wouldn't mind having one those hangovers. God do I love this MV! I really don't have nothing bad to say about it. Wait, I take that back I'm gonna have to ask DaeSung not to sing "Baby kiss my lips" while being that close to TaeYang. I swear I've seen that girl somewhere before but I can't think of where. I can't get enough of this song and MV. They all look so sexy in it. When did SeungRi grow up? Baby looks more and more like a man every time I see him. (well, he is 20 now...not a baby anymore) How hot does TaeYang look peering behind the door like that? Kind of wish he'd do that to me. T.O.P is the only one in that has no storyline in this. All he does is just sit there and looks oh so sexy. But does it matter? T.O.P is so badass that he doesn't need a damn storyline.
Now my favorite girls 2NE1 FINALLY made their long awaited comeback after a year since their debut. They have comeback with their 1st full length album To Anyone. That dropped this week on 9/9/2010. Which if you add the numbers up they add up to 21. (I didn't find that out until someone pointed it out.) Now YG has decided to pull out all the stops for their comeback. I think its probably because his daughter was born at 2:01 and he saw that as a sign or something. Al least that's what I read. So he decided to have (count 'em) not 1, not 2 but 3 title tracks! 3! Yes at the same time. Originally the MVs where all suppose to come out at midnight on the 9th but plans changed. Clap Your Hands was the 1st one to drop on the 9th then Go Away was released on the 10th and Can't Nobody was suppose to be released on the 11th but got pushed back again to the 12th because they were still editing it.
Can I start by saying how much I love their new looks. I had the strongest feeling that CL was gonna go blonde and does she looks so good as a blonde. I love Minzy's longer black hair. It makes her looks older. Bom was the one that was completely unexpected. I really wasn't expecting her to be a red head. I thought that she was gonna have black hair being that I saw her spotting black. I'm glad that they didn't touch Dara's hair. She should stay like that.
I love this song. It makes you want to clap your hands along with them. The video (to me) has a bit of a Fire feel to it, both the street version and the space version. I believe that this song is the birth of Dara the rapper. But the 2 rappers killed it in this song. I love that scene when Minzy, CL and Dara are peeking behind the trees. I love how some VIPs are thinking that Big Bang where there backup dances. I don't really see it. Give me like a week and I'll have the clap dance in the chorus down. Actually less than that I already have most of it down.
This MV is like a mini drama. It gets intense. CL looks badass as race car driver. I couldn't help but laugh at Dara's goofiness in this MV. My favorite Dara moment was when she took that shot. I do have to say Bommie doesn't have as much of face time as the other girls. I want more Bom Bunny. But I love the band that they formed. They look like they are having a bit too much fun. The guy in the MV is a total asshole. I know he did not just beat on CL like that. He must be out of his damn mind hitting the baddest female like that. That's why you get what you get at the end bitch. The ending is up to you to decided. Did she live or die? Did he live or die? I still haven't come up with a conclusion for it. I like to flip flop. What do you think? According to the girls Go Away is the next generation of I Don't Care.
The girls look so sexy and badass in this. I love the scene with the pink bus and bull horns. I don't like pink but love it. Minzy! This girl is 16 and look at how fierce and sexy she is. They don't call her Ero Minzy for nothing. Minzy has to be the fiercest in this MV. 1st when she comes sexing it up in her first scene then in the blue track suit with spike hooding then in the black suit with the dog. I love this girl. The baddest female didn't let the maknae take the fierceness either. She's right up there. Look at how badass she CL looks in the beginning coming up that elevator. The scene with the girls wearing the face makes. Oh course CL would have Teddy's. This girl is fierce in that red jacket talking about "Right now I don't give a fuck." Bom looks as gorgeous as usual. That "lettuce diet" she was on paid off. But I kind of miss her chubby cheeks. But she'll still be Bom Bunny with or without the cubby cheeks. I hope the trainer at least lets her have corn once in awhile. But seriously how gorgeous does she look when she's meditating? And how gorgeous does Dara look in the scene where she's in that dress that matches the background. She looks like a Goodess. The ending was funny. It seems like Dara wasn't suppose to hit the camera from the look on her face. If you look carefully right when "the doors" were closing at the end CL hit her. I wonder if they filmed this in English too being that there is an English version of the song.
The girls also made their comeback on one of the music shows last night where they performed all 3 songs at their full length. I don't see why there were people that were pissy about it because TaeYang perform 3 songs for his comeback too. They need to stop hatin;. Every one of the stages where great. I think my favorite has to be Go Away just for the choreo. There's still no word on how exactly they're gonna promote the songs on the music shows. I guess it's gonna be a surprise for every show.
There is also talks that 2NE1 may debut in the US soon. But there has been nothing confirmed by YG yet. They did record an album in English. I'm not sure if its this one or a new one. But Will.I.Am helped them out with the English album and he really wants to bring them here. I'm excited for this. They are all fluent in English except for Minzy. But there are plans for them to debut in Japan next year so I think we're next after Japan. I hope so.
And the 2nd season of 2NE1TV starts on the 14th. If you haven't watched the 1st season then do because these girls are hilarious. I know I'm gonna be watching. No matter how long it takes for the subs.
