Drivers Ed
Hi everyone! First day of summer. Oh, wait...it's 12:35. Yesterday was the first day of summer!
Started drivers ed on Monday! Was out on John R doing 40 IN THE POURING RAIN tiday. Okay, yesterday, I was in Guardian Angels parking lot, doing just fine at 10 MPH. I get out today and he's like "OK, go up to 45." I'm like Hell No!
Guess what I ran into?
-Rain so hard I couldn't see the road/ other drivers
-5 emergency vehicles right in a row
-Lightning hitting a house and setting it on fire
-Some ass hole cutting me off and scaring the living shit out of me
-The traffic lights were out, so I had to figure out how to treat a MAJOR intersection like a 4-way stop
-I pulled into the parking lot and almost flooded the engine, the water was so deep.
-A garbage can flying into my path.
Talk about a crash course in driving! I think I should get my friggin' license after that hour! I decided I don't like driving *fear*
Anyhoo, I got home and ate an ungodly amount of ice cream. With chocolate syrup. And a banana. So I got Calcium and Potassium. Not bad, eh?
