1. maybe's friending meme. Good times! 2. A mutual appreciation for Once Upon a Time. Are you excited for the premiere tomorrow night? 3. You have a beautiful layout on your journal! I like the pictures you posted recently. 4. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of memories yet lol. Rain check? 5. From what I've seen so far, Chris/Mariska! I've only seen a few eps of Law & Order SVU, but I always liked those two. 6. Okay... how do you think the Hunger Games book and movie compared? Do you prefer one over the other? 7. You have a lot of amazing icons! But since I don't see a lot of Roswell around, I have to say this one:
2. I am though I haven't decided yet if I should watch it right away. I'm currently on vacation but I'll go back to school / work on October 8 and then there's no way I'll be able to keep up with five shows a week so I might postpone Once Upon a Time - along with Revenge and Fringe - until later this season. Plus, it gives me the opportunity to watch more than one episode at once without having to wait at least one week for the next episode. So we'll see. Truth is, I haven't actually watched any new episodes of my shows even though three have already aired. I simply haven't found the time yet.
3. Aww, thank you. For both! (:
4. Haha, clearly. I would have found it rather weird had you actually come up with anything, LOL.
5. Oooh, I love me some Chris/Mariska. They're so goofy and I love all the inappropriate touching and groping when you watch behind the scenes videos or interviews or whatever.
6. I'm usually not a big fan of films that were adapted after a book, e.g. I'm still deeply disappointed when it comes to Harry Potter
( ... )
Now I feel inspired to check out some SVU eps. *shifty eyes*
I have so many issues with the HP films lol. They really needed to be a miniseries a la Game of Thrones. But then there's no money in that, so.
I really liked THG movie; I thought it was really true to the book and the characters. Given the subject matter, I think the story almost works better in a visual medium, although of course we missed out on some of the insight into Katniss. The acting was fantastic, which helped make up for this. I'm quite looking forward to Catching Fire.
ETA: Candy = my third OTP ever. ♥ (After Han/Leia and Indy/Marion. I guess kid!me loved Harrison Ford lol.)
It actually didn't take me as much time as I thought it would so I managed to go through most of it last night. Which was fine because I'll leave in a couple of hours and don't know exactly when I'll be back home. Plus, I still need to study tonight, booh!
You should, there are tons of brilliant episodes out there. Like, I have twelve seasons on DVD and never knew which episode to watch because they're all so flawless, xD.
