Use your picture.
Click the crop tool or just press the C key.Crop it. change the width and height to 100 px. and make sure u put px at the end or it won't work.
Copy and paste this texture
Change the blending mode to Screen and make the opacity to 68%.
Next copy and paste this texture
change the blending mode to Soft Light and Opacity to 89%
NEXT:
Duplicate your background layer which is u. click it to highlight then right click and click "duplicate layer"
go up to Image >>>adjustments>>> Desaturate.
Now go to Filter >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen
Paste this texture.
Go to Edit >>> Transform >>> Flip Vertical
Change the blending mode to Exclusion and change the Opacity to 75%
and you should end up with this
VOILA! and this shows how even more hotter u can be after u have been photoshopped.
