Not a bad number on my Big Bang, I don't think! If I'm correct, the story should round out somewhere about 25K before I'm done with it. I plan to take down the old version of the story later this afternoon. It might even gather a new name as I continue writing. I just need a ton of motivation and people to keep checking in on me. Make sure I'm writing on it and not completely giving up when I get stuck.
I downloaded the entire Led Zeppelin discography last night and am currently making my way through it. I've heard them a little throughout my life and my roommate is obsessed with them (We have a poster of Robert Plant in our living room). I have to say, I'm really enjoying it. Yes, I'm insanely late to this party. Don't judge. My next discography listen though will be Queen. I know most of theirs, but it would be nice to listen to EVERY song. Besides, it seems the characters seem to approve of the LZ.
Job news: I got promoted to technical support! Okay, well it technically isn't a promotion, but it's moving up from customer care. Both the roomie and I are there now, so we'll be on the same schedule, which will be carpool! Longer calls and slower call volume - I'm excited. This company has been so good to me so far - I'm really enjoying working there.
All in all, my life has been rather boring. That's both a good and a bad thing - good because it means nothing drastic is happening. Bad because it gets me into a rut, and that makes me bummed. I think getting out of my apartment and into the sunshine for an hour today will help that tons :)
