Neo Tokyo sent mail that despite the confirmation mail we got, the tickets were sold out earlier and so they are sorry. Which is all fine and dandy (they better be!) but the effect is the same - we have no tickets. Calling them tomorrow at working hours, but I don't have much hope for anything.
